2. Services

OK Irrigation Services LLC provides irrigation system installation, spring start-ups, repairs, maintenance, and fall winterization services in the Greater Minneapolis/Saint Paul Metro. Service availability, pricing, and scope are determined on a per-job basis and confirmed through the digital service agreements linked on the home page, a custom written estimate, or a verbal quote.

3. Estimates and Contracts

All work is performed according to the signed estimate, contract, or seasonal service agreement. Additional repairs or modifications beyond the agreed scope require customer approval before being performed. Standard or necessary repairs may be completed on a time and material basis during scheduled service visits.

4. Payments and Cancellations

Payment terms are net 60 days, as outlined in our service agreements and on the invoice for work performed. Late payments may be subject to a 5% late fee if paid after the invoice due date. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible.

5. Warranties and Limitations

OK Irrigation Services LLC warrants its workmanship in accordance with the terms provided in the project contract. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment and parts as provided by the manufacturer. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, weather, misuse, or failure to follow recommended maintenance.

6. Emergency and After-Hours Service

Emergency 24/7 response is available for urgent issues. After-hours and emergency rates may apply and will be communicated at the time of the request.

7. Intellectual Property
